Emma Tustin is a murderer who has served time in prison. Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, her stepson, was found murdered by her.

Arthur moved live with his biological father and stepmother, Emma Tustin, after his mother was arrested. The 6-year-old was abused, denied food, and even made to sleep on the floor.

Living with his father and stepmother proved to be a tragic experience for the boy, since he died. Arthur, in fact, had an irreversible brain injury and was also poisoned with salt. Arthur’s body had more than six spoons full of salt, bruises, and injuries.

Emma’s prison sentence has piqued the public’s interest following her conviction. As a result, here’s all you need to know.

Emma Tustin is the mother of four children. She and Thomas Hughes shared a home with two of her children..

Arthur was denied food and a decent night’s sleep, while her children were lavished with love and care. In reality, her children were able to enjoy ice cream and takeout, but Arthur had to fight for water as well.

Her children’s names have not been revealed as of yet. It could be for concerns of privacy.

Tustin’s ex-boyfriend, with whom she had a child, had reported her to the social services. He feels that if the social services had taken their warnings seriously, Arthur would not have died. Tustin’s ex-boyfriend claimed that she lacked’maternal instinct.’

On the other hand, Tustin repeatedly banged Arthur’s head which lead to his death. She later called the police but lied to them about the incident. Similarly, she stated that “Arthur fell and banged his head.”

Prior to Arthur’s death, he was subjected to abuse. He was punched, kicked, slapped, and had about 130 injuries in his body.

Arthur Labinjo-Hughes’ biological father is Emma Tustin’s partner Thomas Hughes. Arthur had a “unsurvivable brain injury” during his time with the couple.

Additionally, Thomas has been convicted of manslaughter.

Is Emma Tustin Missing?

No, Emma Tustin is not missing. She is currently behind the bars, repenting for her crimes.

As a matter of fact, Tustin allegedly had salt thrown at her by fellow inmates. She has complained about the incident, however, no comment regarding the matter has been made by the officials.

Emma Tustin Prison Sentence

Emma Tustin has not been sentenced as of now. However, Tustin and Hughes are expected to be sentenced soon.
