According to the homicide murder-suicide report, after killing his fiancée in Baltimore, Jay Black went to Columbia and killed his ex-wife before killing himself.
The incident allegedly began when the man entered a home through the back entrance on Marshall Street in Federal Hill, near East Fort Avenue. Officials say the 41-year-old victim was the shooter’s girlfriend.
He went to Howard County and murdered his ex-wife before killing himself after murdering his girlfriend.
The perpetrator or any of the victims have yet to be identified by the authorities. Jay was accused of having a mental illness and was fighting for custody of his children.
