Netflix Sequel Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 Review Cast Details

They are accompanied by Dante and Ruth, played by Jacob Latimore and Nell Hudson, Jessica Allain, Sam Douglas, Jolyon Coy, and Moe Dunford.

Likewise, some other characters are Olwen Fouéré and Alice Krige. Olwen will portray Sally Hardesty, who is the only survivor of Leatherface’s killing spree from the original film.

In addition, Radio Times reported that the only case from the original film is likely to return. They shared that John Larroquette is set to narrate the film’s opening.

Is The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 Review Plot Real?

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 review plot is not based on a real story. However, some parts of the character, Leatherface, and minor storyline aspects were inspired by the acts of murderer Ed Gein.

As a kid I watched a lot of horror flicks, except a long-standing rule that I’ll never watch The Exorcist.

For awhile the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake was terrifying. But over time probably the most traumatizing movies were the Saw movies. The doll and pig still get me.

Nevertheless, the film’s plot is entirely fictitious. In addition, it was marketed as being based on true events to draw a larger audience and act as a subtle reflection on the era’s political climate.
